  • Evaluate how your personality influences your leadership style and behavioral tendencies which affect your time management, decision making tendencies, and approach to solving problems.
  • Understand your directing and delegating style, the strengths and challenges of your approach, and what to consider when directing and delegating with others based on THEIR DiSC style in relation to YOUR DiSC style.
  • Learn about and how to use people-reading techniques to determine the DiSC style of those that you manage, allowing for more effective communication that leaves your team feeling valued and respected.
  • Create a sample action plan with a specific employee with whom you have struggled or are currently struggling in order to help you understand how to use DiSC as a tool to effectively manage your team.

“My intention with hiring Carol and participating in her training was to use the information as a tool in onboarding a new Branch Administrator. It was important to me to start our relationship on an even keel while maximizing her talents and potential. Everything DISC goes beyond personality and moves you to understanding your behavior tendencies. Learning how I behave and how that impacts my team and even my clients was invaluable. And, having the tools to adjust the way I lead, teach & react to others’ DiSC style will only help me continue to be a better advisor and leader in my branch.

My team thoroughly enjoyed the process of working with Carol and found her to be the perfect blend of professional and friendly.”

JOIN THE WAITLIST

You should give The Key to Being a Success Manager a shot if you’re motivated by any of the following:

  • You desire to support and guide your team not only to success but to also thrive.
  • You thrive off of being the manager to whom your supervisor comes and depends on in order to get the job done.
  • You want to focus on your current team rather than frequently searching, hiring, and training new employees.

"I’ve had an opportunity to consider how my communication style is impacting each staff member differently.

Recognizing the different styles has helped me tailor the message about change and expectations in a way that hopefully makes staff members more comfortable.

They approach work and challenges from a different point of view. This makes the team stronger as long as we all respect the differences.

It’s important to learn what goals individuals have and help them work toward those goals."

I personally cannot wait to guide you through this virtual workshop

Understanding the people with whom I work has literally transformed my life.

I’ve experienced going from working with individuals that always left me thinking, “Well, that didn’t go how I had hoped,” after every interaction to sharing amazing relationships resulted in amazing teamwork. And that includes supervisors, colleagues, AND individuals of a team I managed!

If you are a middle manager, you owe it to yourself, your team, and your company to at least take a plunge to see what your life could be like if you were more aware of your personality and those around you at work.

To experience firsthand, spending time on building relationships with your current team and projects rather than hiring and training new employees. Communicating with your employees in a way that motivates them to achieve work that benefits everyone and leaves each person feeling valued and respected.

Should you choose to accept my invitation, I personally guarantee that the 3 hours we spend together will outright be life changing for you and your team.
